Press Release Stache Dash Street Closure
North Ridgeville, OH – Bainbridge Road will be closed between SR 83 and Mitchell Road along with the intersections of Root Road and Ranger Way from 8:00 AM-10:30 AM on Saturday, November 7 for the City of North Ridgeville Parks & Recreation 5K. We recommend alternative means of travel until the race has concluded.
The streets will re-open immediately following the conclusion of the race. Should you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call Kevin at (440) 490-2051.
America 250-Ohio Walking Challenge
Ohioans are invited to take the America 250-Ohio Walking Challenge. Participation is FREE. Just sign up and track your miles using the Pacer App with challenge code AM250OH. Upon completion, receiver your choice of a medal, a pin or a certificate.
13th Annual Cleveland Stache Dash
Join us for the Cleveland Stache Dash, Northeast Ohio’s premier celebration of facial hair and fitness! Whether you’re rocking a full handlebar, a classic chevron, or a stick-on special, this 1 Mile / 5K event is your chance to let your 'stache shine. This family-friendly fun run is the perfect excuse to skip shaving and get moving, all while supporting a great cause—proceeds benefit North Ridgeville Parks & Recreation. The first 300 pre-registered participants will receive a race bag. Post-race refreshments will be provided. Costumes and creative mustaches are highly encouraged. Online registration closes Sunday, November 1. We can’t wait to see you—and your legendary lip sweater—on Saturday, November 7!
Credit Card Transaction Fee - January 1, 2025
Effective January 1, 2025, the City will be implementing a transaction fee for credit card payments. This transaction fee will be applied to all online and in-person credit card transactions. This fee does not apply to other payment forms such as cash, EFT (electronic fund transfer) or personal checks. The Parks & Recreation transaction fee is 3.0%
