PHOTO POLICY:

The North Ridgeville Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to take photos of participants enrolled in programs or those attending a parks and recreation event. these photos are to be used strictly by the Parks and Recreation Department for the purpose of the advertising in future brochures, catalogs, pamphlets, flyers and on the city webpage. Organizations, including media relations, must have permission from the Parks and Recreation Director, Program Supervisor or Instructor prior to taking photographs.

REFUND POLICY:

Registration fees are non-refundable, the only exceptions are:

If a program is canceled by the Parks and Recreation Department due to insufficient registrations, supervision or facility.

If the registrant must withdraw for medical reasons. A doctor's note will be required. All medical refunds will be prorated with an additional $5.00 processing fee.

PROGRAM CANCELLATION:

The North Ridgeville Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any activity, program or event based on insufficient registrations, supervision or facilities. All activities, programs or events will either be rescheduled or fees refunded.

All classes have a minimum number of participants in order to be conducted. If a class minimum is not met by the deadline date, an activity is canceled. Please register at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the activity.

ONLINE REGISTRATION:

If you are a first time user you will need to create your own account by clicking on the register button. After you have registered your household you will be able to go and select what program you want to participate in. Please feel free to contact us for technical support or any other question you have about the online registration.

CONVENIENCE FEE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION:

The fee is for using PayPal, which is a service that securely sends payments online. Their fee is approximately 2.9% of the registration fee plus .30 per transaction. The North Ridgeville Parks and Recreation Department DOES NOT receive any portion of the convenience fees. Please note, the convenience fee is non-refundable, even if a program cancels or refunds are issued. When paying by credit or debit card on-line Rec Desk, LLC is the charge that will show up on your statement.
