Soulful Trails: Nature Connection Teens SES II

Need a break from screens, stress, or the everyday rush? Come recharge outside.

In this 4-week series, we’ll explore how spending time in nature can help you feel more grounded, creative, and calm. Each session includes a mix of guided walks, sit spots, art, journaling, and mindfulness activities — all designed to help you connect with nature in your own way.

Whether you're into drawing, writing, being outdoors, or just curious about slowing down and noticing more, this class gives you space to explore and reflect.

We’ll meet outside each week (unless there’s a storm), so dress for the weather and be ready to move around and be outside for 20–40 minutes.

No experience needed — just come as you are. All materials are provided.
