Splash Pad: Opens Saturday, May 23

The Splash Pad located in the heart of South Central Park opens for the season on Saturday, May 23. The pad opens at 10:00 AM and closes at 8:00 PM daily. Rules & Regulations can be found under our policy tab. We hope you and your family has a wonderful time this upcoming spring/summer. Root Road Park Construction Notice

Please be advised that Root Road Park will be closed to the general public starting the week of November 17 due to construction on the new parking lot.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these improvements to better serve our community. Updates on the project and reopening date will be shared as they become available.

Credit Card Transaction Fee - January 1, 2025

Effective January 1, 2025, the City will be implementing a transaction fee for credit card payments. This transaction fee will be applied to all online and in-person credit card transactions. This fee does not apply to other payment forms such as cash, EFT (electronic fund transfer) or personal checks. The Parks & Recreation transaction fee is 3.0%
